Because we proudly stuffed our self into pants/jeans that were way to small!!! Therefore, it takes a lot of weight for them to actually fit and than more weight for them to be too big. But, I am only speaking for myself!

I have been working at this since September 2013. The 1st 35 lbs my pants fit the same the next 24 lbs I lost 3 sizes. My old pants are too baggy to wear. I use the Wahoo Blue HR monitor and love it. I also like the Wahoo App. I like using a HR monitor when I am doing cardio because I can glance over and be sure that I am staying in my target burn area. It is easy to get distracted when doing long cardio workouts and it helps keep me on track

Exercise for me has to be fun, and for me it has to be competitive and interactive. Personally, I shopped craigslist to find a recumbent bike that happens to be ifit compatible. I wifi it to my 50" TV on the wall and can ride street view any where in the world that Google maps can take you. I'm currently riding the 20 US…

Yep! In just 3 months, too. Totally off "diabetic meds" and down to 1/2 of BP meds that I use to have to take. My doc says a couple more months and I should be "drug free"!!!!!

My weeks on my exercise routines go from Mon-Sun. Dec 30-12.0 miles Jan 2 - 6.9 miles Jan 3rd - 9.0 miles Jan 5th - 15.0 miles Total week 1 = 42.9 miles Is anyone else here using IFIT?

I'm in- riding my recumbent stationary bike for now! I'll aim for 30 miles a week. I usually bike every other day for around an hour and row and weight train the opposite days. Once we are in to spring I will move outside on my recumbent and hit the bike trails in the area.

We have a 15 yo that eats constantly. We cannot figure out where she puts all the food. She eats a combination of .... everything!
