Calorie counting means never having to say no. Ive tried to do other ways and it doesnt work out for me. I used to allow myself one cheat day a week. That actually did work out pretty well. So yes I do allow a cheat now and again. Gotta have my chocolate!

Yesterday I swept, cleaned and then polished my sons wooden floors. I actually sweated. I added it as an activity. If I do the dishes ect I wont add it. I wouldnt worry about anyone else. Just worry about what your doing. You answer only to you.

Good for you! There is nothing better than working towards a goal and crossing a finish line. I did a 10k recently and it may not have been the best in time yet it felt wonderful. Your doing great and look fabulous!
