Probably not drinking 15 sodas a day and 2 boxes of pop tarts. Clean eating would entail eating whole foods in their natural form. I think agave, like stevia if gotten in its natural form is good or at least better than when a company processes it.

She obviously does need to do all those things. But it is possible that after getting a food scale, eating a deficit and working out she still may not be losing. At that point probably see a doctor. Making suggestions isn't telling them what to do, its having an idea or opinion on a situation. Which is the point of a forum.

Its odd because on caloriecounter.com if you talk about eating 1200 calories a day you would get eaten alive NOT supported for unhealthy choices.

I think picking up weights or doing certain machines correctly would easily get me somewhere. I can watch videos on how to use weights and I can also just look online

Lots of foods harm people and so do lots of peoples jobs. She doesn't stuff 12 scones down peoples throats they could have portion control. I do agree that these pastries are nutritionally void though. Maybe she can make gluten free/vegan pastries or something

Why admire them? I could go to McDonald twice and day and get full while eating within my calories. But what the hell is that really teaching me about healthy eating in the long run? Fast, quick, artificial foods because I am too lazy to spend 10 min cooking at home doesn't sound pleasant for the rest of my life.
