You can make a giant chocolate banana smoothie that is only about 250 calories, and delicious. 2 cups milk (I use almond), a banana, 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder. Add a little vanilla extract if you happen to have it. Add peanut butter or pumpkin/sunflower seeds to make it more nutritious.

Don't worry about complete proteins. From what I've read, it's an old myth that nutritionists don't agree upon anymore. I prefer it to cow's milk. I like the generic brand, it's more "neutral" tasting than Blue Diamond which tastes like almonds, and it doesn't have carrageenan.

I went vegetarian 4 weeks ago. I don't miss steak, I don't miss bacon, but I can't go 1 day without thinking about chicken wings for some reason.

I love banana smoothies. I add pumpkin seeds, greek yogurt, or whatever I have on hand to make it more nutritious. Add unsweetened cocoa powder. The sugar in the fruit and milk is enough to sweeten it.

It's okay. One day isn't going to affect your weight loss. It might even give your metabolism a nice boost. Unless you're tiny, 2450 really isn't a ton of calories, anyway.
