I like chocolate, almond and peanut butter together, so I frequently enjoy the following shake:
12 oz unsweetened almond milk
2 Tbsp of raw cacao nibs
1 scoop EAS protein powder
1 Tbsp of honey-nut roasted peanut butter
Sometimes I'll throw in some kind of berry, like frozen raspberries or blueberries, if I want a fruit-and-chocolate combo.0 -
Greek yogurt, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, dried fruit, unsweetened cocoa powder.0
-
things i add to my smoothies (not all at once, just depends on what i feel like that day):
flax seeds
chia seeds
matcha powder
maca powder
protein powder
oat groats
coconut butter (not oil, butter. has the flesh in it and is sweet and buttery)
pumpkin seeds
wheat germ
fresh mint
psyllum husk powder
garden of life super seed powder
almonds0 -
Spinach
Avocado
Almonds
Chia seeds
Flax seed
Walnuts
French Vanilla Creme protein powder
Plain Greek yogurt
Coconut tofu
I have a Nutribullet so everything breaks down pretty well - not sure for a regular blender though.0 -
1 Cup of Almond Milk
Whey protein powder (vanilla flavored)
One frozen banana
Five frozen strawberries
Mine's not very fancy-- I'm going to have to try some of the ingredients in this thread.0 -

Almond milk
Frozen bananas (works better than ice)
Frozen berries
Oats
Peanut butter
Almond butter
Chocolate almond milk
Chia seeds
Pureed pumpkin
Flax seeds
Frozen cherries
Spinach
The list goes on and on, just depends on what I'm in the mood for and what I have on hand. I have a whole bag of frozen bananas at all times, it is my one staple.0 -
Cacao nibs, pureed pumpkin, spinach, avocado, cayenne pepper, cashew butter, chia seeds. Not at all once, at least mostly.
Cheers!0 -
protein powder, chia seeds, plain greek non-fat yogurt and either almond milk or coconut milk
sometimes fruit/berries or PB2 (PB2 wouldn't be filling - just adds flavor)0 -
Frozen berries, almond/coconut milk blend, 100 cal Greek yogurt in vanilla, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, and a handful or two of spinach or kale! Add water to the consistency you like. You don't need ice due to the frozen berries.0

Today I had milk, Greek yogurt, sugar free chocolate syrup, protein powder, and sweet n low. It was pretty good!0

I freeze these and add them instead of ice:
-Strawberries
-Pineapple slices
-Watermelon slices
-Cherries
-Banana slices
-Kiwi bits
-Melon pieces
-Mango bits
I don't recommend that^ for people that mind the freezer taste. My fiance only likes "fresh" and non-frozen, even if it has only been a day.
Edit: The rest I add is just water and my protein powder.0 -
I always freeze my fruit the night before. It ascts like ice!
Also, adding chia seeds is great too! If you like your smoothies thick, I suggest you do 1 tbls chia to 4 tbsp water overnight. Add it in the morning.0 -
1 medium/large banana, peeled cored and chopped apple. dash of lemon juice, heaped teaspoon of honey, plain unsweetened yogurt, soy milk or lactose free milk, 1/4c rolled oats and a dash of cinnamon. blended and and it tastes like apple crumble.
or a banana, honey, yogurt, soy milk and frozen berries0 -
Almond coconut milk/coconut water, mint leaves, lemon, bananas0
-
My base is always some sort of spinach then I add frozen fruit - berries, pineapple, green apple, peaches, mango. I also add celery or cucumber and a bit of water or fresh juice. A smidgen of ginger also helps with flavor too.0

I like the way you think!!
Generally I will have some fruit (frozen banana, strawberries, a mixed berry blend, apples, etc. I just mix an match what I think would taste good), some kind of leafy greens like spinach or kale, a scoop of protein powder (I use Syntha-6), and sometimes a splash of almond milk although usually I just add water. Blend, blend, blend. Yummy!
I do sometimes add flax or chia seeds, but I haven't bought any in a while.0 -
