  • My smoothies include vanilla protein powder, chia seeds, flax seeds, frozen blueberries, frozen blackberries and water. Its pretty good plus cuts down on the calories by using water instead of milk or yogurt

    typical smoothies i have:

    1 small banana, 1/4 cup blueberries, 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1/2 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup coconut milk, 1/2 cup water, 4 ice cubes - blend.

    1 small banana, 1 pear, 1 scoop berry protein powder, 1/2 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup skim milk, ice cubes, blend

    Pumpkin spice protein shake

    1 cup ice
    1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    1 serving protein powder (vanilla)

    oooh i have all these ingredients, well unsweetened coconut milk so trying this, maybe today after my hike. thanks!

    Also love prunes + banana + carrots + whey + coconut milk + stevia and ice -> carrot cake flavor!

    Used to make cake batter one all the time w/ some sprinkles added in but out of vanilla whey now :(
