done 20 mins on my exercise bike then went to the gym first time in a long time done 20mins on tredmil 7 mins on cross trainer(killed me so give up:( ) 10 mins on bike in gym only lil bits but need to slowly ease my self back into exercise got dvds here i will be doing xx

its my fave show i was going to try apply for next year but couldnt find anyone to come with me i like the dvds yer they push hard at first but soon be able to move up the levels and that just do what u can dont over do it pushing yourself as u will end uo stoping i like bob the way he makes them work so hopefully he can…
