hey new at this gonna try any more fad diets just watch what i eat and count the cals and exercise see where that gets me.

my names steph am 26 from liverpool am 5ft 6 and weigh 210 lbs so as u can tell a bit obese but thats gonna change coz am gona try my best to get fit and slim.

i have tried celebrity slim which i think is brill as i done well but my dr said i couldnt have it as havig problems with stomach so until they find out what they said not to have shakes.

wish me luck as cutting down on cals prob gonna be hard. but if i want something and used my cals up will have to have will power to say no or if i go over will have to work extra hard to burn the extra cals off.

  • ano i thought id try this as a friend told me about it i have the app on my phone so i can count cals as i go. just hope i can keep it up. x just nice gettin support and advice of other people
