What was YOUR workout today?

Options
Just did Bodyrock.tv’s Amazing Abs HIIT Workout, 1 minute kettle bell swings with a 15lb kettle bell (3 sets) and a 19 minute/2 mile run.

TOTAL TIME: 34 minutes
TOTAL CALORIES: 378 calories

I feel so great even though my time was ****ty. I haven’t done a HIIT workout or ran 2 straight miles in almost a month, and I have NO idea why I haven’t! I love to run and when I don’t do it for even a week I begin to forget that.

What did you guys do for your exercise today?? What were your times and calories burned?

    An hour long swim! :)

Did 3/4 of my own workout then got roped into doing the local swim club's practice. Did half of that. Now I'm dead haha

Today is one of my double days - 'short' run for my 15K training plan at 7:30am (2 miles in about 23 minutes) and I'm heading out in a few minutes for a 75 minute vinyasa flow yoga class at 7:30pm.

Felt totally lazy today. I walked to the grocery store, the post office, and target (I normally drive). I did as much as I could on this lazy day off!

Thought I had a busy day so was up at 6 and doing an RPM workout on my exercise bike by 6:15. Then, later on I had some cancellations which meant time to kill, so I went to the gym to do a "cardio circuit" (10 mins ergo, 10 mins elliptical, 10 mins treadmill, 10 mins ergo).

    Am tired now!!
