I'm 5"8 starting weight 191lbs i would like to go down to 150lbs. I'm working on losing fat and gaining muscle, so if i end up a little heavy with muscle thats fine with me.

my 4 year old was in tears the other day after i said i wanted to shampoo her hair and she said " i don't want poo in my hair". So whenever she hears the word shampoo she's out of the room

My daughter was 2yrs 10mths when i had my son. I found establishing a routine really helped. I would put my son down at specific times during the day e.g 10am, 2pm,6pm to get him to sleep (he didn't always sleep) i would only get him if i thought he was getting distressed. By the time he was about 4 months he was sleeping…

I found this very annoying, and soon learnt to walk around with a don't talk to me face and made no eye contact ha ha ha didn't always succeed though as some people just don't get the message
