Today's challenge is: Jumping Jacks

Let's see if we can do: 200

You have until midnight to get them done.
The important thing is that you try to do them.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

My challenges are open to anyone and you can log these as calisthenics.

    I'M DONE!!! Started doing mine the minute I posted it. Took me 8 minutes- with breaks in between... took 4 breaks in between to walk it out and stretch :smile: GREAT CHALLENGE! It was the perfect way to start the day!

    9 1/2 mins. I did 50 and then stretched, then lots of 25 with stretching after that as I have really tight calves!
    HRM says 60 calories :glasses:

  • I'm in.....gonna go down stairs and do them right now. This will be good for me because I've not being doing well with my exercise of late. Something like this is simple and fast and will get me going. (Totally irrelevent side note: the word "calisthenics" makes me think of the not-so-real word of "supercalifragilisticexpialidocious.")

    Edit....yes, I misspelled it....LOL!

    I'm done. 3 min 6 sec. No breaks.

    Since someone else posted 3 min 17 sec I had to see if I could beat that.

    Done! But I forgot to time myself, d'oh! i am going to guess at 6 minutes...had about 4 or 5 breaks.

    It took me 5 minutes and 2 seconds. I did 4 x 50 with 3 - 30 second breaks in between sets.

    Great challenge!

  • Done. Had to break it into four sets of 50 with breaks in between. Spent about 4 minutes doing actual jumping jacks.
