yep, got the 34 minutes of activity in and it showed over an hour of fat burn... if it had been any day but Friday, I would not have been up that late, nor on the bike probably. I have meals and prepping done to get me thru to Wed, logging has been done for them, with the exception of tomorrow (don't have that logged out yet- still deciding). I got a good 30 minute walk done this morning with it all counting as "active" minutes on my tracker :) I am off to a good start. How did you do today?
