I'm in the same boat here. Lost 40lbs 3years ago and it's creeping back up on me. I am looking to drop 30 in next 4 months.

Anyone?

Remember why you started. I can see that you have lost 35lbs, look at pictures prior to losing that weight. Think back to how far you have come and remember how hard it was to start walking the path of living a healthy life style. Also get on youtube and look up weight loss transformations, let those be your fuel to reach…

I have heard this argument a thousand times... I do not disagree with you. However I do think there is something to be said about keeping your metabolism at active/high levels which does require proper nutrition.. With that being said, I still say do what works best for you, you know your body better than anyone. 2 years…

As posted earlier I would say listen to your body but if your focused on weight loss you might start with eating nothing before you run in the morning- there are a few reasons for that but again if. It doesn't work for you then listen to your body.

Feel free to add me, I'm not perfect but I do log everyday!

Over the years I have seen and helped people with this same problem. I have discovered 2 things, either there's something medically wrong or its all mental. Usually its the mental part. If your not use to running then you will have to teach yourself and usually the biggest hurdle is convincing yourself you can run. Get…

Thanks for adds so far.... The more friends the merrier!

Everyone is right, you have to eat more. Your body is in starvation mode. Don't try to lose the weight overnight, otherwise even if you do lose on such a low calorie diet- your more prone to gain it back. Eat smart, eat healthy, workout and include a reasonable calorie deficit and you will see results. Good Luck

Thanks for all who added me, I could still use more friends. The more the merrier, I really needs to lose 15 lbs

Increase your calories by 200-300 and see how you feel. If it doesn't help keep increasing until you can get rid of that feeling. Your body is telling you that you need more fuel.

Thanks all, cant wait to restart my journey
