My all time favorite for cardio is Bangarang by Skrillex. I'm not even a huge fan of electronic stuff, I just love it for running.
For weight lifting any Rage Against the Machine is always good.0 -
My taste in music differs from most. It's hard for me to word but I like to let my mind fantasize. I read on the treadmill so I listen to music that heightens the book I'm in. Even doing my floor exercises. They help me stay focused and the beat keeps me going.
Composers: BrunuhVille, Two Steps from Hell, Adrian von Ziegler, Audiomachine, Future World Music, Jo Blankenburg, Jesper Kyd, and Jason Graves.
