I've done pretty good the last few days! My goals for today Enough water 30 min exercise before work - done 5 fruits and vegetables log all day & behave at dinner going out but not sure where.

I did ok yesterday, I didn't have huge goals though :smile: My goals for today: Drink enough water Exercise 30 min before work (Done) Walk for 20 min at lunch (Done) Eat 5 fruit and vegetables. @ iluvsparkles have you tried the mio sweet tea flavor?? It is O calories, it is by the crystal light in our stores here. The McDonalds sweet tea is my favorite, haven't had it since I seen how many calories it has!! Good luck! Ok my weight for the first weigh in is 173.4. Hope everyone has a great day!
