Also in that book, there are quick questionnaires to find out where you are mentally and what you may need for each stage. For me it was the chapter "Blasting the Blahs" that helped me the most. Good luck and read the reviews on Amazon before you dismiss this book!

Checking in with another pound lost. So CW is 185 which is my goal for this challenge. However, I want to stick around for this challenge until NY day as I plan on not worrying about food log on Thanksgiving day or the day after. Then it's back on track.

Does anyone else notice that if you put the yogurt mixture in early it much of it burns to the side of the pan but if you put in in the last 15 minutes or so it works out just fine?
