    Bumpty bump! :D

I'd probably serve it with a veggie maque choux and salad. Or over linguine tossed with sauteed purple cabbage (seasoned w/ a splash of Tabasco mmmm.

I do not have a photo to show of this right now.

    4 chicken breast/thighs (boneless skinless)
    1c.- 1 1/2c. of Plain greek yogurt
    1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese (I use the 2% it's only 45 calories)
    1 tsp Garlic
1/2 tsp slap ya mama (cajun season)
    1 tsp season all
    1/2 tsp pepper

    Preheat oven to 400

In a medium sized mix bowl, mix together your yogurt, cheese, and seasonings. Once you have that all mixed together, have a casserole dish ready and coat your chicken nice and thick with the mixture. Put in oven and cook till chicken is done.

    Yum!

    Bump,

I had Trader Joes Celtic lite cheddar cheese so I used that instead, turned out great!

    how many carbs?

about 8g. Depending on the chicken you use, the calories can very and the brand of yogurt you use.

I made it last night at 194 calories for 1 piece.

trying your recipe tonight!! what do you serve it with?

Does anyone else notice that if you put the yogurt mixture in early it much of it burns to the side of the pan but if you put in in the last 15 minutes or so it works out just fine?

I just covered the pan with foil for the first half of the cooking and then added the mixture for the last half and it was very moist and delicious!
