I have learned you won't see a change on that scale until you are burning up more calories than you take in. I count calories too but unless you are burning them off you won't see a change. I haven't I do the meal plan with 50 million pound challenge Dr. Ians meal plan and it works. You eat all day but its what you eat. also it gives you the meals to eat very easy. First time I lost 15 lbs then, now I am already down 5lbs and only been on it 3 weeks. I love it!! I can give you the web site if you want it?

I like the almond milk because I am lactose intolerant and its good for that it tastes like milk yes with a hint of almond to it can be a good snack I buy the one that only has 35 calories in it.
