Hey everyone! I'm Heather! I have been through the whole working out and eating right thing...lost some weight, then gave up and gained it all back. I'm determined to make it work this time!!! Starting tomorrow! Look forward to talking with everyone and hope to find some motivation, and also be motivation to others!
