??1 cup of mushrooms has 2 gm protein. 1 cup of broccoli has 2 gm of protein. Tilapia, cod, tuna, any seafood... chicken, ground turkey, ground beef, steak, eggs, whey protein...just eat protein every time you eat, it shouldn't be that hard really, once you get used to it ;)

I take b-complex vitamins every day, in addition to a few other vitamins. And yet, somehow, when I am bulking (eating more calories than I burn) I gain weight, and when I'm cutting (eating fewer calories than I burn) I lose weight. It's weird. :wink:

Yes for cheat meals here!!! An example of a cheat meal for me would be all-out Mexican-food gluttony. Flour tortillas with butter dripping out of them... Chips and salsa... A Sprite to drink... A chicken quesadilla and a cheese enchilada... Ice cream for dessert. Then I get back on track and don't feel guilty about…

No you do not. I just recently competed at around 5% bodyfat, consistently eating about 200gm of carbs a day. And I had abs...you can check my pics if you doubt it. :)

I LOVE breakfast. It's my favorite meal of the day. I usually eat around 300 cals for breakfast because I eat 6-7 times a day. Lots of people do not eat breakfast and do great with IF and other plans. Just depends on your lifestyle, goals, and preferences. I'm starving when I wake up, so breakfast is always a GO for me. :)
