Thank you for all your support! Unfortunately, in one week I am back at 150! :grumble: :cry: :brokenheart: Perhaps it is because I changed up my exercise. Instead of just treadmill, I've been doing strenght training on my arms and some soccer drills my boyfriends taught me. I will pretend that is it. :cry:

I am now officially out of the 150s. 149.0! WOO :drinker: Unfortunately, I have a sneaking suspicion that it will be harder from here on out, and I will just revert back to the 150s again. NO NEVER! :noway:

I have a question. I have watched Biggest Loser and have been lurking around the message boards, and I have noticed that those that have more to lose seem to lose weight faster. I gained 5 pounds of water last period. :sad: But then it magically all fell off in a day, which makes it all better. You just have to look forward to that day where you suddenly feel more beautiful and thinner instead of like a giant pimply walrus. :laugh:

It was probably an unforseen pothole in the road that made you fall off the wagon. A dirty pothole called stress. I tend to hit that one around midterm/finals (and another nasty one called PMS every month). Is it too late to join? I am currently 152lbs. My real goal is 135lbs. My July 1st goal is 140lbs. I have NEVER been able to diet/exercise below 146lbs. But this time I will do it!
