  • You can do it! But you would be a beautiful bride just how you are. :flowerforyou:
  • Lindsey's Favorite Fruit Salad Strawberry Pineapple Raspberry And a hint of blueberries Also bananas, but only freshly sliced. If you make a big batch and put bananas in, they get all brown and mushy. :brokenheart:
  • I agree! I hate being patient, but let's just look at it as a test of willpower and "stick-to-it-iveness"!:flowerforyou:
  • Thank you for all your support! Unfortunately, in one week I am back at 150! :grumble:  :brokenheart: Perhaps it is because I changed up my exercise. Instead of just treadmill, I've been doing strenght training on my arms and some soccer drills my boyfriends taught me. I will pretend that is it.

  • I am now officially out of the 150s. 149.0! WOO :drinker: Unfortunately, I have a sneaking suspicion that it will be harder from here on out, and I will just revert back to the 150s again. NO NEVER! :noway:

  • England is just so much cooler. I would try it, but I get bored staring and chewing.
  • Thank you both. I figured it was a proportion thing, but I wanted to make sure I was doing everything correctly.
  • I noticed the same thing! Only mine were tiny bumps on my forehead that are unpopable. Too much information?
  • I have a question. I have watched Biggest Loser and have been lurking around the message boards, and I have noticed that those that have more to lose seem to lose weight faster. For example, a female who is 200lbs could lose 2lbs a week for months, while I have horrible trouble doing 1/2lb per week. I started at 157lbs and…
  • NOT MY OUTBACK CHEESE FRIES. Actually, I prefer the Bloomin' Onion. Well, I used to.
  • Anything dark chocolate. Especially dark chocolate raspberry truffles. And crab bisque. And probably macaroni and cheese.
  • I gained 5 pounds of water last period. But then it magically all fell off in a day, which makes it all better. You just have to look forward to that day where you suddenly feel more beautiful and thinner instead of like a giant pimply walrus.
  • Good job! I've always wondered if kicking the habit of cigarettes was anything akin to kicking the habit of dark chocolate. If it is, I would smoke once a week!

  • I have discovered MyVirtualModel.com. Not only can I see myself objectively as I am now, but I can also input my goal weight and compare the models. It really helps my motivation to actually see what my body will look like. I was wondering if you guys would like to post your "before and after" pictures with MyVirtualModel…
  • Welcome! I just joined a couple of days ago too. This site is really helpful so far!
  • It was probably an unforseen pothole in the road that made you fall off the wagon. A dirty pothole called stress. I tend to hit that one around midterm/finals (and another nasty one called PMS every month). But I feel so much better the next day or so when I am able to jump back on with no trouble and more energy to prove…
  • Activia yogurt Whole grain mini bagel Low fat cream cheese My standard breakfast of choice. +5 poo-ing:laugh:
  • I am sad. I am having problems with my knee and lots of end of semester homework = less exercise. Also, since I just started logging food, I'm appalled at the fat I eat! BAD ME!
  • Maybe with encouragement I can do it! Yay.
  • Is it too late to join? I am currently 152lbs. My real goal is 135lbs. My July 1st goal is 140lbs. I have NEVER been able to diet/exercise below 146lbs. But this time I will do it!
