Checking in! How is everyone? Today is a new day, choose wisely! For breakfast I had 1 cup of corn pops with 1/2 cup of 2% milk. It was 240 cals! And I am full! Woo Hoo! lol..5 days till the weigh in! Good luck everyone!

    I had a salad with NO CROUTONs, and NO BACON BITS.

    It had onions, turkey slices and less then half of a piece of chicken.

    Down one more lb nad going to exercise.

    I had a Carnation Instant Breakfast (No sugar added Milk Chocolate). These things don't really taste too bad at all and it keeps me satisfied until lunch. It has a ton of protein and calcium

    Did really good yesterday but today may be a different story. I have Ladies night tonight so I will see how much self control I really have. I'm going to workout for an hour today to help with any extra calories I may consume.

    Anyways Breakfast was 2 egg whites, yogurt and coffee.

    Whole grain mini bagel
    Low fat cream cheese

    My standard breakfast of choice.

    Just finished my 5th meal of the day. 2 bbq chicken breast and 2 lean pork loin chops and 1/4 cup mac and cheese.

    Still have my snack to go, power bar and protien shake before bed (already calculated it) and have a few cals left over....even carbs which is really hard for me since i allow myself so few.

    Got into the gym for a little cardio this afternoon and spanked myself on the eliptical for 30 mins, man i hate that machine but at least my knees dont hurt afterwards.

    Im guessing by my Mon weigh in ill be down at least a LB maybe a couple since ive only worked legs this week due to shoulder pain.

    Well today was the weigh in for me. after a week and a half of no lifting and only a few days a cardio......Drumroll please.


    Up .2 Lbs. I weighed myself like 5 times thinking it couldnt be right. Oh well just shows me the benifits of all the parts combined in my current goal. I guess i should have lowered my cals even more than i did. I'll keep them down to 2400 this week as i am cleared to go back to the gym on a limited basis.

    On a positive note. One of my co-workers who sees me every day, said at dinner, "Dang Tim how much weight have you lost"? My answer. 20lbs.

    breakfast this morning was 2 rice cakes with low fat cream cheese (around 100 cals) I'll eat again in a few hours
