Count me in too! I need to be held accountable for a goal! We're going to Lake of the Woods over 4th of July...I don't want to be the fattest girl there again!

Dinner post workout...
Panera 1/2 greek salad, 1/2 turkey sandwich (no cheese or mayo), and a cup of their veggie soup. Even with that and a pre-workout snack of fiber one cereal with activia yogurt, I still have 185 calories left for the day. If I am still hungry, I may have some fruit or something.0 -

So I think that having a list of all challengers, their current weight, goal weight, and after this week the weight lost/gained will be a good tool to summarize everyone’s progress.

Sure, why not? I'll keep a list going each week like the one I just posted and if you want to tally the numbers, that would be great. I get motivated when I see significant changes and a group change would be really motivating for me!0
