Can I suggest we do a new post every Wednesday? The threads get SOOOO long when everyone posts on the same one every week... is that ok with everyone?

Since we're posting food and exercise too, we should just do a new one every day... I think anyway :blushing:

    Dinner post workout...

Panera 1/2 greek salad, 1/2 turkey sandwich (no cheese or mayo), and a cup of their veggie soup. Even with that and a pre-workout snack of fiber one cereal with activia yogurt, I still have 185 calories left for the day. If I am still hungry, I may have some fruit or something.

I hear you on this one - it is SOOOO good! I'm a mac-n-cheese fan with mash potatoes and green beans (sounds weird, but I love it!)

i think it'd be great to show the total amount of weight we've lost every week as a group and the total weight lost as a group since today. By the end of this I bet we'll lose like a couple whole people! I could be in charge of that math if you guys want!

Sure, why not? I'll keep a list going each week like the one I just posted and if you want to tally the numbers, that would be great. I get motivated when I see significant changes and a group change would be really motivating for me!

Is it too late to join?
    I am currently 152lbs.
    My real goal is 135lbs.
My July 1st goal is 140lbs.

I have NEVER been able to diet/exercise below 146lbs.
But this time I will do it!
