I doubted knitting would burn much but a girl can hope......I do walk or do some actual for of exercise also but that obviously falls into the exercise category so I did not list it. I follow the Big Band exercise program. I walk on the treadmill while watching Big Bang every night.

How much is two stones? I can never remeber the stone to pound conversion. I like stones better though because after you are used to weighing yourself in pounds the stone thing makes you fell much smaller. I am also verticall challenged--or as i perfer to call myself-Fun Size!!

Me too. I feel off the wagon at the end of Nov. Things just got too busy so now that life is calmer and more regular I am going to try again. I to have the maintance problem.

I do cheat evenings once a week if my exercise goals are up to date. and I am finding I don't want to go that nuts because it not worth it..
