If you buy the DVDs it's fine if you are REALLY wanting to try it but I was a coach for about a month and honestly hated it. If you go thru someone to buy a program, make sure it's someone you want to be friends with. I think you can go coachless though. I was hounded to about the Shakeology.

I've had an irregular cycle since I was 10.. Have them do an ultrasound to be sure that there are no fibroids, cysts, tumors.. If that is clear it's a hormonal thing.. Mine came up clear so next is more thyroid testing!

Motivation is an everyday thing... Rather than saying "this month I will lose..." tell yourself when you get up "Today I'm DOING CARDIO for 30 minutes"... Once you start you will feel better and feel motivated to keep going. Get up everyday and just talk yourself into it rather than out of it.

Relpax is what I take for chronic migraines... It does not affect my diet in any way.. Takes the pain away in about 20 minutes and then I can go on with my day... Good luck!
