Picked up some Walden Farms Chocolate syrup last night.
Added 1TBSP(1/2 serving) to my coffee this morning...

Not to bad....not great, but for being no cal, and no carbs, I will take it.

    They aslo have a zero cal ranch dressing....its more like murky white water with a hint of seasoning if you ask me but Zero Cal is zero cal!

    {shrug} I guess I don't get it. I would rather spend the 50 cals and have Hershey's than save 50 calories to have a no calorie substitute. I guess the only thing I expect to be zero calorie is water.

    But I am prepping for a show this Saturday, so right now, I am in my Low/no carb days
