Congratulations on finishing your first marathon, it's something that I won't even contemplate doing. I've run a few half marathons and that's far enough for me.

drewhosick...... Your not alone in this, I so know where your coming from. I wish I knew what the answer is but alas I don't, all I know is that only we can put ourselves into the right frame of mind to do this no one else can do it for us......... I WILL STAY WITHIN MY CALORIE TARGET TODAY! Good luck to all that are…

Thank you for this , I'm having the same trouble as the OP and this just makes so much sense, all I have to do is stay with in my allowance for one day, and hopefully one day will lead to two and then three.

Disconnected my Fitbit from my phone and synced it with my pc but it still didn't work, my pc couldn't find it even though it was right next to it..... I believe there is something wrong with the Fitbit so I've sent it back and asked for a replacement.
-
My issue is that my Fitbit HR won't sync with my Fitbit account on my phone. I think I'll have to get in touch with Fitbit.
-
Thanks for your reply Pkiddy, will keep you up dated.
-
Sorry should have said I have charge HR.
-
Only had my fitbit 2 days and now it won't sync with my phone since 7.30am this morning. Been to the trouble shooting page, everything is turned on that should be, so feeling very frustrated.

I had knee pain when I first started exercise, after a while my muscles got used to the extra stress I was putting them under and the pain stopped . When after a few months I took up running, again my knees started to complain so I asked my doctor if It was safe to continue and I was surprised when she yes but stick to…

Hi, I'm back after a hamstring injury, haven't run for weeks, it feels like for ever. I'm not going to put a mileage goal for the month, I intend to take it really slowly so as not to aggravate the injury which still niggles but I've been given the thums up from the physio to start running again but only on the flat, no…

I ordered myself a fitbit which should be here in a few days but after reading the posts here I may send it straight back as they don't sound as if they're very reliable. I was looking forward to knowing what my daily calorie burn is and also knowing what my HR is while working out...... not much point in having one if…

I've put on 12lbs from my best weight at 144lbs, and it's definitely slowed me down even though I have been running a lot more mile per week than I was 12lbs ago. I'm not running at the moment because of a hamstring injury but will be back in training for my next half marathon after Christmas. Right now I'm consentrating…

Congratulations to all who have lost weight this week. I only work 2 days a week and today is one of my work days. I find it much easier to stick to my calorie target on work days, because the only food available too me is what I take in with me, I purposely don't take any money with me so I can't buy anything else. I've…

I can relate to this , it was my husbands 70th birthday on Sunday so we had a big family party at which I ate far to much, and there is still cake floating around which I'm going to bin today as I can't deal with the temptation. Still these are special days that don't come around to often, so as long as I get straight back…

Yes I can relate to this, I comfort eat when bored, stressed or upset and then I'm upset with myself for comfort eating so I eat some more. The only way I find to deal with it is to distract myself by going for a walk or having a bath , reading a book or just going to sleep. Hope you learn to beat your comfort eating.

Tomorrow is a brand new day, no point beating yourself up. What are you going to do tomorrow to help you reach your goal? I'm going to stick within my calorie goal, run a minimum of 4 miles and treat myself to something nice, ( non food related ) not sure what yet. Have a great day all. Linda
