No...it was more consistency in tracking. We move into our new home at the end of June so it was very busy all that month! I'm glad I'm back at it this month too :-)

Yes, most definitely. My husband and I are TTC and at this point my weight is one of the biggest unsuccessful factors. My doctor has asked that I try to get down to 250lbs before looking at other causes of infertility and options :-)

An ABLT (avocado bacon lettuce tomato) sandwich with strawberries - I love that the avocado substitutes for the mayo and/or cheese I would usually put on!

Continuing to get my husband more comfortable with biking so did a short 5 mile/35 min. ride tonight; trying to get him up to 10 miles by next Wednesday!

In addition, if you want to still have your Subway lunches, you could always not eat the entire roll its prepared on and dress it up with less mayo/fatty condiments and cheese and more veggies and lean meat. I pull the "bread guts" out of those sub rolls to cut the carbs down...just a thought.

I just picked up 100 cal avocado packs at Walmart - love those with some veggies! Other snack items I like are laughing cow cheese wedges with pretzel thins, pistachios, and fiber one bars! 20 min bike ride and cleaned apartment - prep for our big move to a house in July :-) Also made bacon zucchini quiche for lunch and grilling shrimp for dinner!
