I feel the same way. I thought once i hit 150 i would be happy, but now that im 155 i think, well ill b happy at 140. I still think i dont look good enough and want to continue to lose. Will i ever b happy ?

Im 5'6 and i would like to be 150, but i am only 9 pounds away, so i might go for more.

I have had 3 children and i totally understand what u mean. I have never really excercised before and so even if i lost weight i always felt i looked the same. I finally started going to the gym and did the 30 day shred and i can finally see a difference in my stomach. Before and after pics really help.

I just finished the shred today. I can definatly see a difference. I was going to start it again on monday. I figure 60 is better than 30!

I am actually finishing the 30 day shred on friday. I was so sore after i started each level, but it was worth it!! I feel so much stronger. On sunday i think i will start it all over again, but this time i will try to do the unmodified version. Didnt lose slot of weight, but i lost inches.

I am on day 4 of level 1 and i can tell that i can finally do the jumping jacks without stopping. I know that is sad, especially since i have been working out at the gym for two months now! I don't have a goal item in my closet right now, but I work at a clothing store. Yesterday I grabbed a size smaller than what I usually wear and tried it on. Guess what? It fit!! I was so excited! All my clothes are baggy now, so I thought a size smaller might just work. Yea!!!

I do pilates in the evenings. It really works you out, but it is low impact. You can burn 94 cals in 30 mins.

I have been on MFP for a little over 2 months and do not have any friends. It would be nice to have some friends that I could share with. I can talk to people I know about my weight loss, but they don't understand like someone who is actually going through it.
