A little background about me is that I am currently 22 years old and I'm definitely not perfect on here all the time. I…

Welcome back! Coming back here and starting again is definitely a step in the right direction! I know you can reach all the goals you have set for yourself, but they may take some time. We all have the potential to succeed, we just have to work to stick to our plan and not let a one day setback turn into weeks or months of…

An apple sliced with peanut butter is always good (that will probably run you about 270 cals if you use two table spoons of Peanut butter) I also like 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt with a table spoon of peanut butter and some honey mixed in. (that's about 245 calories)

mine is not creative at all

I started on here at 210lbs (I think that is about 15 stone) and I am now sitting at 150lbs or about 11 stone. my goal is to get down to 145 lbs right now but I think when I hit that I will be extending my goal to 130lbs. I don't have kids so my inspiration for losing is different than yours but we started in similar…

holidays always seem to equal splurging for me. I figure as long as you get back to it when the holiday is over then there is nothing wrong with a splurge once in a while. : ]
-
I have been slacking on my walking and need to get back into it so maybe this will get me back on track. I'm going to shoot for 50 miles this month, but I'm not going to beat myself up if I don't hit it. hears to a more active month!

too lazy to upload on a photo sharing site, but the first pic is from a little over a year ago when I was about 220 lbs and the second one if from like a week ago at 159 lbs. I think there is a pretty big difference in the two photos. https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10152312476933946&l=dc4dac5483
