I'm I just joined this group and its looks very encouraging. This month I am going to try to get 50 miles.0 -

Walked 5.13 miles today 2 miles Leslie and 3.13 miles outside
Also 5 miles cycled but only counting my walking miles

9/1-Exercise TV-WAH- 1 mile + WAP 3 Fast Miles= 4 miles total
9/3-Just Walk-5 Mega Miles=5 miles-9 miles total

hotjodels-no worries-you did kick it up-you started with 1 mile and then walked 2 miles. That is kicking it up right?? Keep going in that direction and you will be at 50 before you know it. :bigsmile:

I've been having some pretty ridiculous and annoying health issues the last few months and even though the want to was there I haven't been getting a lot of walking in. However, the neurologist is sort of giving me the run around on this so I'm going to give this a go and if I pass out it's all his fault.
I'm going to go for 50 miles this month. That gives me 2 miles a day. I think I can do that and I'm going to try to do more than that.0
