    Did 1 mile of Leslie's 4 mile boosted walk . I wanted to do more but overate today and felt too sick to do more. this not a good start to my goal for the month... :">


    Oh dear. Never mind, we have all been there. The good thing about all this is that we get another chance tomorrow.

    @ heavenlyb14, Please don't be sorry that you couldn't keep up logging your walks, the important thing is that you get well :heart:. That is so good that you are able to walk so soon! That must feel good to be able to do that. Leslie says something about Walking being medicine! You are proving that statement!!

    @ mrsdrunkinbud, welcome to the September Walk Challenge! You ARE off to a good start indeed!

    @ PinkyPan1, 3 Mile Weight Loss Walk and 3 Mile Sleek and Slim are great workouts! that is an amazing w/o doing them back to back :drinker: I am also blessed to have discovered the LS DVDs :smile: .

    I am going to try for 40 miles this month. Haven't been in here for a while and forgot about the Challenge so I will start today when I get home. Thanks for doing this. One way to HOPEFULLY keep me on track.

    @ _gwendolyn_, I like your goal of 28 miles per week b/c that gives you the ability to do as many miles as you want on any given day. Brilliant idea :flowerforyou:

    hotjodels-no worries-you did kick it up-you started with 1 mile and then walked 2 miles. That is kicking it up right?? Keep going in that direction and you will be at 50 before you know it. :bigsmile:

    I've been having some pretty ridiculous and annoying health issues the last few months and even though the want to was there I haven't been getting a lot of walking in. However, the neurologist is sort of giving me the run around on this so I'm going to give this a go and if I pass out it's all his fault. :tongue:

    I'm going to go for 50 miles this month. That gives me 2 miles a day. I think I can do that and I'm going to try to do more than that.
