when i eat earlier i sometimes find it hard to stop eating but for some reason if i take a shower after eating it stops me from eating more and my body seems to recognise that it is full.A lot of the time i eat dinner at 5 or 4 and my dinner is generally between 400-600 kcal.If im realy hungry ill have a small snack around…

yeah, gained 4lbs including xmas eve. :( I find I lose it really quick though as its mostly food weight and water retention

Brush your teeth beforehand then everything will taste disgusting and you wont want to eat it :)

yeah i do i ate a 2.5litre box of icecream once.I was so cold after.Try to get some exercise done.I like to just go online for a bit looking at success stories to distract myself.

You need to eat a balanced diet really planning out what you will have for breakfast and dinner will help.Dont restrict as it may cause you to end up binging.Have what you like in small amounts and enjoy it.Also take your time eating and try eating things you would have previously avoided.

It may be hard to eat that little everyday.I would eat a bit of fat.
