What is your worst binge?

I don't think ive gone over 5000kcal before but I have eaten pretty badly my worst binges are probably on ice cream and baguettes.I had a whole 1m baguette a two litre tub of ice cream and a bunch of other stuff.As long as i ate decently the next day i maybe put on a pound or two.

    My biggest weakness is chips! I just love chips. I've been using a bowl to help limit me, however I often go back for more... I recently shrunk my bowl and made a deal with myself to try to keep it at that... Self-regulation is truly hard!
