Tigger: No, I know. Paris: Maybe I've had my break? I don't know, I really want to get back into it, but I'm just not doing it very well. Moyer: My non-scale goals are to run a marathon next May -I ran the half this year). I'm thinking the best help for that is to sign up for another race in the fall, I was just looking at…

hey! I started at 273, I've been bouncing from 160-170 for the past six months, and my goal weight is like 140-145. I'm five seven. Anyway, I find that this past six months of bouncing around has improved my loose skin a LOT I don't know it its from regaining some weight in better areas, or just the time, but my skin has…

Great Job, keep it up!

Great Job!

HAh! I'm 25, I was 273 about 18 months ago, and I weigh 186 ish now. And I'm five six and a bit XD I actually have quite a bit of loose skin. On my belly, my thighs, my arms, even on my neck/collar bone. My sister gives me crap for fiddling with it absentmindedly. Most of it isn't took much of a problem, but the skin/fat…

I ran on the ships track on the days we didn't go to port. Fair warning, it was windy on half the track. I mean the boat was moving (so making its own wind). I ate basically whatever I wanted BUT I didn't clean my plate like ever and I really tried to eating so much that I felt too full. I gained such a little amount of…

Keep it up! I'm reminded of myself because I was 273, and then at 259 for a while and then at 235. I remeber thinking, holy *kitten* 235! I kinda plateaued there but I got past it. You'll be amazed at how much better you feel with the next 30, it's better than the first :] (I'm at 186 ish now). My favorite part of this is…

Congratulations! Your eyes look brighter now, too :]

I hope I don't hunch! Well at least not while I am running. One of the things I focused on when I was getting my form down was keeping my shoulders above the hips and pulled back, not hunched over. I can tell when I need a new sports bra because I have to actually remind myself to pull my shoulders back when it's getting…

I had my gait analyzed when I get new running shoes and everything about my legs/hips was fine, they didn't look at my arms though, but my hips, stride everything was good: forefoot strike, five toes on, five toes off, not pronating, etc. I started working on my form a couple years ago when I started running more…

As I lost weight my back hurt less and less. And then at ~235 I had some loose skin and still large breasts. And my back hurt more for the first time since losing weight. I stopped losing for a bit (not really intentionally) and once the skin pulled back in a bit... my back only hurt when I was PMSing. I didn't have any…

Compression clothes help, but I can't get the shirt to not ride up and my back is still really sore from my my belly blob twisting about (but it *is* better, just not better enough to run everyday : [ ). The loose skin on my back isn't a problem, the back pain caused by my belly blob is. I don't know if just waiting it out…

Great job! I'm getting close to that myself and I'm so excited. Keep up the good work :]

Congrats!

Thanks for all the encouragement and the attagirls you guys XD

Thanks! You look great in your profile pic! Great work :] and yay about the half! Finishing is an accomplishment. When I ran my first 5K it wasn't about the time, it was just about finishing. Although you've got a much more impressive scale on yours!
-
Thanks! And congrats on your half! I'm going to do both, I know, I just don't know which will be more beneficial for me to focus on. I don't want to set goals I can't reach, but I also don't know if that's really a thing :P

Running and walking both. My dad is losing weight too and we walk three miles a day almost every day, that has fallen off though, and I need to get back on it. Mostly for my dad, though : ] and our dogs (they LOVE to walk). When I was 260-250, I biked a lot more than a ran, but once I got to about 240 I started running…

Awesome job, keep running XD

Thanks :] I feel like its pretty silly to be firm about UGW until I am actually looking at what my body looks and feels like at different sizes. It's a good way to be I think. :]

Awesome job! I was 273 last summer and I weigh 196 right now, and what I wanted to say is that I JUST had a discussion with my boyfriend like two weeks about how I couldn't see the difference and he was like, baby, just wait, it will happen. And he was right! This weekend I went clothes shopping with my sister and I still…

I went from 44.5 at 273 to 42.5 at 208. I'm American but that sizing is better and it's what I go by to try on shoes :P (I was like an 11.5 and now I'm a 10.5/11). None of my flats really fit anymore but I'm going to wear them out and buy a couple pair that fit and try to make due with that. My running shoes get replaced…

Thanks, you guys. XD He is one of the good ones for sure! I'm so fortunate to have him :] But everyone should be loved the way he loves me, really. I only hope I love him that well :] They were New Balance Minimus. Most of my shoes are pretty low profile, but I usually stop wearing shoes because my feet hurt not because a…

I gave away my fattest pants this weekend. I was super excited. Good job. I love how it says, we will not gain the weight back :]
-
Good job! Keep it up :] I'm ramping up the milage myself. :]

Thanks for posting! You look fab :]

I didn't want to mess with image hosting and such, so I just put it as my profile pic sorry about that!

When I first started I treated going to the gym like taking a class. I'm good at school, so I thought, if my health was a class how much would I spend on it a week? Once I added MFP to the mix, I started getting a grade on my eating too, and not just on working out. It really helped because I wouldn't want to go to the…

Thanks. I'll just keep plodding along and it'll happen one day. It is encouraging , so thank you. :]
