Thanks everyone. I will try a pound a week. Sadly I have an old injury that has flared up so I am not as active as Id like to be. The positive is it has made me focus on my eating.lol

I'm definitely no expert but I think you are not eating enough and your body is in starvation mode.

Thanks for posting. I weigh and record everything so I know I am accurate. I will keep the faith. I was so motivated when the scale dropped and now I get frustrated. Sometimes it's hard to trust the process. Especially when I keep hearing Menopause means you can't loose weight.

I am 5'3'' 135 pounds. I weigh daily and I have been riding my bike for a few years and the strength training is new since 5 weeks ago.

Thank you for taking the time to respond. I will keep what I am doing and tweak it if I am not loosing. I remember having less calories allowed and being very strict before when I had more to loose. So I looked at active and total calories on my Apple Watch and the Polar and total are within 10 calories of each other. I guess since I was using the polar last year and was successful I am surprised it was so much more.

Thanks everyone. I am probably way over thinking it. I think 12,000 steps puts me in the active category so I will select that and see how it goes for 2-3 weeks and adjust if I need to.

I could have written this post word for word. This started late February. I’m not hungry, not on electronics, workout almost every day and don’t need to pee. I may be peri menopausal. Whatever it is it is frustrating. Melatonin (6 mg) doesnt help and unison makes me irritable.

I am happy for you. I went through the same exact thing. I didn't show a loss for a month due to constantly being sore from strength training. I lost inches so that motivated me and then I had a whoosh. Keep up the good work. I was always hungry so went from 1 pound a week to .5 a pound and that has helped a lot.

To add to what I suggested above, using myself as an example. I have my profile set to “very active.” My daily steps are anywhere from 10,000-20,000/day, depending on the day, and most days I still get “extra” calories added to my log. Sometimes I eat them, sometimes I don’t, but it hasn’t adversely affected my weight…

Ha! I promise I’m 47. Did you think I was younger based on my picture? People always tell me I look at least 10-15 years younger. My husband jokes that people are going to think he is my dad when we go out. Ha! He is actually a year younger. My 15 year old almost 16 is definitely aging me!

I did and my weight loss was stalled to I recorded my numbers and according to my Apple Watch it equals 100-250 extra calories a day but not 250 consistently so I changed it to lightly active and will use the extra if I need it. I think if I was near 13,000 to 14,000 I could change to active but I can't get that…
