Hello, I'm 29 and I'm a registered nurse from New York state. I'm hoping to get into better shape by this summer and back down to the weight I was at in my early 20s (I weighed about 30lbs less). This challenge is looking to be a great start. Good luck everyone.

My favorite is chocolate almonds that come in 100 calorie bags, and 100 calorie bags of kettle style popcorn. If celery and carrot sticks don't work just take your favorite snack and eat a very small portion, it will be more satisfying.

Starting weight : 167 Current weight: 162.4 That means I'm down 4.6lbs in one week. I'm thinking some of that has to be water weight or something. I've been counting calories and exercising so I'm just going to keep that up.

I've been trying to keep my carbs low so lately I've been mixing plain Greek yogurt with whey protein powder to make strawberry yogurt. It keeps you full and tastes sweet without the carbs.
