I know yhe feeling. Im 18 and still live with my parents and theres neer anything healthy here. What i do to resist it is telling myself how much i want nice fitting jeans and being able to look good in the summer.

Im 194 and i want to get down to 145 and sometimes i feel unmotivatedd too, but For motiviation, what i use is : 1.) being able to fit into clothes again and not feel like im an elephant 2.) being able to wear a bikini in summer 3.) looking good during prom in the spring 4.) more self confidence Ill add you too:)

Samstan101 I eat pretty good I think. In the mornings I'll have Quaker oatmeal and a yogurt, afternoons a salad with chicken, or something else if our school is serving something healthy, and at dinner it depends on what we have. For snacks I usually eat a yogurt.

I'm 5'7 and I do those exersises everyday excepted sometimes not on Sundays. And thankyou everybody:)
