Hi, I'm Anna and after an alcohol free January, I kept February AF on weekdays but March has definitely slipped the wrong way so I am so glad to find a group for some accountability. Today will be A (Mother's Day) but the end of the month AF. Looking forward to sticking with you for April 😊

For me it definitely starts with the shopping. I buy as little sugary treats as possible, when I buy things for the kids I buy things I like least. I also make sure my non sugary snacks are yummy so I will snack on nuts rather than sugar. Good luck xx

Hi Jessica, I have an 18 month and also have what was baby weight and is now just fat. I work 2 days (days which I find it really easy to stay within my calorie goal) and am at home for the other 5 (these days it's so hard to stay within my calorie goal). I only started this week although joined a while back, add me :-)

Joining last, I was telling my husband yesterday that I think I eat the same calories from 7pm - 10pm, as I do from 7am - 7pm!! :o

I guess it depends on how you deal with stress. When I am stressed my appetite goes completely, my current problem is I am so happy and finding it really difficult not to eat junk in 'celebration' I guess.
