I think you should be careful about keto diet if diabetic for the reason you have given.

I'm not into quorn but they do a lovely fake meat ball that's lovely with anything tomato and pasta. Beans wise I'd go through them all and find your fav.

It really depends on how long you are freezing them for. Freezing will draw out water over time so the longer your bagels are frozen the less they will weigh over time. But this will be nominal so don't worry and as others suggest if it really bothers you weigh prior to freezing. The average will be fine though. Good luck.

Skyr is another great source of protein and also low fat. Lovely mixed with half a mashed up banana.

41lb, but first half of that was very quick as I'd made myself unwell through being overweight so long. Once that settled I increased calories and the loss is more steady.

Congratulations on your exercise and eating plan. I'm curious though why eating within 30 minutes of waking is beneficial, or is it just so you have energy for your morning? Hope you continued success.

This is just the thing that has been on my mind. I do so well at eating healthily until I'm on my own for any length of time. I think the idea of thinking about willpower as learning new sets of habits really interesting and for myself I will certainly try to do this...slowly. Thanks.

Im feeling like that now. Over the last six months ive tried repeatedly to get more protein to help lower carbs slightly. I get quite sick feeling. I suppose it could be the drop in carbs but its not that dramatic but the increase in protein is more so. Sits in my stomach like a lump of lead

I sympathise. I have been trying to up my protein whilst lowering carbs and fat with mixed results.
