back down to my original goal wwight 250.0lbs I made a new goal weight but I dont think Ill be 240 in a week. I havent been on top of my game lately uggh.

Help!! Ive been slacking these past two weeks. Week 5 I gained 1 pound. Tommarow is week 6 and I most likely gained more :neutral: :( I really dont want to give up. I want to keep on going .

Im 7wks pp and right when i had my baby I was down to 267. 1 week later I was back at my pre pg weight. All I did was walk atleast 20 min 3 times a week and watch some what , what I ate . Everything in moderation. Goodluck everyone!

I lost 50lbs doing an hour of elliptical 5 times a week . And I would also do other machines totaling in 2hours of cardio a day. I was 15 and very focused on losing weight. goodluck .
