Little late with posting my first weigh in, but this was Monday's weight...

I was not great with logging foods this week, or with making good food choices as I had a migraine for the majority of the week, but I still managed a loss. This week, my goal is to make more mindful food choices and to more consistently log. Good luck to everyone on this journey!0 -

Hi guys I'm new to fitness pal. I would like to join in this one.
Current weight 74 kg
Goal weight till end nov 69kg0 -
Current weight: 169 lbs
Loss per week: 0.5 lbs/week x 8 weeks = 4 lbs
Interim Goal Weight: 165 lbs by November 30th, that's pretty close to my goal weight of 164 lbs. I'll reassess my goal weight when I get in the 164-165 range.0 -

How's everybody doing one week in? I've replaced my normal morning snack of Starbucks chai latte and breakfast sandwich (350 cal) for celery with peanut butter and hot tea (114 cal) & it's still nummy and filling! ^_^0 -

Joining for some motivation though I'm a bit late. I haven't really lost weight in the past week. However, I do feel much more energized and no longer am craving fried foods, sugars, pops, etc. Yay!
