Yes. You can do both. I personally do cardio on my off days of weight training. If you're going to do cardio on weight training days, do it after your lifting session.

Fat does not make you fat. Protein you should move higher, the MFP recommendations are terrible. Percentages are not a great way to do things. http://iifym.com/iifym-calculator/ Use that website to calculate some proper numbers. Fiber 20-35g is enough.

I said eat more calorie dense foods, not better foods. Peanut Butter Cheese, etc. There is no such thing as health/unhealthy - all moderation. You don't have to eat _ALL_ the time,, you could eat two large meals a day, and that would be fine.
