probably size 4. When I get smaller I'm not really shooting for a certain size but weight of around 120-115 pounds and will have to see what size I am at that point.

I've never heard that before. I have heard that it is harder to maintain once you get back to a lower weight than it would have been if you never gained the weight but with hard work it can be done. Anything is possible. I heard about this phenomenon on the Weight of the Nation documentary on HBO. All parts of it are…

I would try to work on getting away from weighing yourself throughout the day. Weight fluctuates throughout the day. I would pick one time of the day if you need to do it daily and stick to that. If you do it when you first get up after sleeping at night (or during the day. I work nights and sleep all day.) I weight myself…

Welcome! I am trying to lose about 100 lbs. Fell off the wagon for a while and have just started logging again and seem to be losing weight again. It is the only thing that works for me so I will probably will be doing this for the long term.

I'm working on losing between 80-100 pounds. when I get closer to my goal weight I'll have a better feel for where I will decide to stop the weight loss. I have problems with yo-yo dieting and emotional eating.

Since I've been an adult, I've noticed I get more negative comments when I'm going through a period of weight loss. Once I have made some progress that people notice I get asked if I'm sick and usually get told I'm losing too much weight when I'm morbidly obese. most of these people that say these things never knew me when…

I prelog the things Ive already planned out to eat and then log things like snacks and unplanned things after I eat them.

Since it is one week I would just have fun. You'll come right back down after the vacation.

I would make small goals instead of one bigger goal so it is less overwhelming. My goal weight is about 100 lbs away and quite overwhelming to me too. Have faith that if you put in the work you will get there.

I agree with the person above - find ways to reward yourself that aren't food related. You should have some days that are more relaxed but not that undue all your hard work for the entire week.

right now I'm considered morbidly obese. When I reach my goal weight I will be in the healthy range for my height according to my BMI. Should reach that goal this time next year.

If I quit my high blood pressure would come back and my health would continue to deteriorate. I started this because I was afraid my steady weight gain would not stop. I was afraid of what state my health and quality of life would be in. I am fighting for control of my life. I can't stop.

At least 2 lbs a week and I eat around 1200 calories a day with cheat days where I eat anywhere from 1400 to over 2000 calories in a day. Some days I eat back my exercise calories and some days I don't. Just depends if I am hungry.

I brought water when taking the dog for a run but I couldn't get my dog to drink from this water bottle contraption thing I had. It was a water bottle that had a plastic piece attached to pour the water into that is like a bowl for drinking.

I've tried this and my dog seemed to love it. I however had a real hard time because I am so out of shape and my dog out paced me so much. If I can get myself in better shape to keep up I would continue doing it. I have a chocolate lab and a yellow lab. I tried running with the chocolate lab. Have not yet with the yellow…

The first step is to recognize there is a problem and address it before it gets worse. Work with your doctor and start tracking again to make sure you eat enough without over eating.

The difficulty of buying clothes for the last 3 years and then a few months ago when someone mentioned to me that I should consider getting gastric bypass surgery. That offended me because I never thought my weight was that much of a problem. I guess have just been ignoring the elephant in the room.

you can eat whatever you want as long as you have portion control and stay within your allowed calories for the day.

I love tea. My husband and I make tea every night before bed.

keep the beer. Just figure it into your calorie budget.
