Don't feel bad!! I gained weight last week too, I got frustrated but I am not letting it get to me. I actually wanted to throw the scale out of the window. When I don't work I will add an extra workout. I will do one in the morning and Insanity in the afternoon. My second workout is usually walking or Zumba.

I drink a lot more water. During my workout I usually finish a 33oz bottle. I also fill my 20oz jug a few times during the day. Tarsha

Hi Everyone, I am a RN in Virginia. I work on a tele floor and I do 3 --12s. I workout 6 to 7 days a week!! I can be difficult getting it on on work days but I now have a schedule for my workouts so I don't usually miss any. Tarsha

I use a body media fit (Link). I like the "link" version because I have an app on my phone and can see my results real time. I also use a garmin HRM. I absolutely love both products. I wear my arm band all the time except when showering. I only use my HRM when I am working out. Tarsha

I am a RN and I do 12 hour shifts. My commute one way is 1 hour and 20 minutes. I have four kids at home and I know how you feel. Trying to improve the way you eat can be difficult. The best thing for me is to take me some healthy snacks to work and eat them through out the day. I work on a very busy telemetry floor so…
