The insistency of my fat loss. I'm told to stop using the scale because it doesn't reflect muscle gain. Therefore I've said &@$! the scale and rely on body fat % which is always all over the place. What's a reliable gauge? Extremely frustrating!!

My weight seems to move within a 3 pound range but in the past year I lost a size and 4% body fat.

I average about 115g of protein a day, you can friend me and view my diary. Maybe that would help with your menu options. I'm always looking at my friends menus for ideas and new meal choices.

I eat it with chocolate syrup, its dessert YUM! I also use it to make fruit smithies, it blends nice and mixes with fruit and ice. Best protien shake!

I let my girls go 'on their own' but I will stay and shop with one of my friends and have a meet up time and place.

I really like Ideal Sape chocolate flavor. I mix it with 1/2 a cup of cottage cheese, ice and raspberries or strawberries! Delicious protein shake.

Motrin, coffee and push through. I find working out helps a lot, once I finally make the decision to go hard.

I burn around 400 in my boot camp class, give or take 100. The class is very high intensity and last 45 grueling yet glorious minutes. I've clocked this class with my HRM and my Fitbit.

My HRM asks for my height, weight and body fat % so I feel like it's pretty accurate...I hope.

I made a good honest effort to this approach and gained 4 pounds over 4 months. My trainer insisted I keep it up and it will work but I couldn't handle gaining one more pound so I dropped my calories. It's taken me 6 weeks to lose 2 of the 4 I gained. I do believe this can work since I've seen it but it's just not for…

Did not work for me. Even under the supervision of a nutritionist and trainer I gained 4 pounds in 3 months :-(
