5'10" 157 and I have sizes 6-12 in my closet. It really depends on the brand and the stretch.

Added you. I'm also a mom who runs and just started lifting heavy.

Either 62 or 66 depending on the time of day (programmed). Our downstairs is about 10 degrees colder so lots of layers.

Sent you a request. I'm in the same situation, a lot of people I started with on MFP haven't been on in a while.

From: Kansas Age now: 30 Age when first child was born: 27 (almost 28) I'm actually from Ohio, but moved to Kansas a few years before my son was born. I had been married almost 2 years when I got pregnant, but our son was an *oops*, if planned- I would have been 28/29 when he was born.

I'm a fallen Lifetime WW member, currently about 3lbs above WW goal weight. I tried the new Points+ system to lose 40lbs of pregnancy weight and could barely lose .5lb/week. I've been doing MFP on and off for over a year and love it.
-
I gained 80lbs while I was pregnant and hit 275.

I'm in! NYE is my 'deadline' for my final goal.
-
You look great! I'm very jealous of your stomach!

I'm 5'10" and 178. Even at 200+ pounds I got the 'you don't look it' a lot. My lowest adult weight was 155lbs at age 24 (before marriage and a child) and my husband said I looked weird. Right now my goal is to get to 174 and adjusting my goal from there- maybe 165.

Hi, Lani! I'm also a SAHM, I have an 18 month old and am currently below my pre-pregnancy weight but still have about 15lbs to lose.
-
Welcome!

I did Day 5 today (I got excited and started Sunday), much easier! Day 4 I wasn't as sore and today was even better. I'm doing level 3 with 5lb weights, but I'm definitely having to do Anita's modified moves for some things!
-
That's awesome- good luck! I'm running my second 5k on Mother's Day and am planning on training for a 1/2 marathon next year.
-
Feel free to add me! I'm a 29 year old, SAHM to a 16 month old. Since he was born I've lost 60lbs and am trying to lose a bit more (I was overweight before I got pregnant) and firm up a bit!
-
I did 30DS this morning, I'm going to do Level 3 for the challenge. It kicked my butt! I'm also running a 5k on Mother's Day so I'll be running tonight, I'll be sore tomorrow!
-
I'll join in! I really need some motivation to workout, this group will be a big help.

Another former WWer here, made lifetime and gained some weight back. This site is great and I hope you find it helpful!
