Goal weight: Originally, it was 152 - but I easily kept losing after I hit my goal. I eventually ended up at 136. I don't want to lose anymore. I think 140 is my ideal weight.
Estimated weight loss per week: I've been trying to maintain my weight since June, but have slowly lost another 4 pounds.
Daily calorie goal (not including exercise): MFP says 1670, my BodyMedia says 2210. Usually I eat closer to what my BodyMedia says. If I followed MFP's calorie goal, I'd probably be way to thin and undernourished.
