    Losing: Approx. 4-5 lbs per week, but I only recently started and expect that to slow a bit.

    Started at: 306. Highest weight ever was approx. 335 several years ago. I've been between 290 and 300+ for the last 10 or 12 years ago, with the exception of a very brief dip down to about 260. Started MFP 40 days ago (and generally watching what I eat on about May 14).

    Workout of choice: Currently - walking and calisthenics. Want to add more weight training. And can't wait to lose enough weight to be able to play raquetball again - my favorite exercise - without destroying my knees.
